Event Clients - Your gallery is ready on site same day or within 48 hours of your event conclusion depending on the services booked.

Headshot Clients - Your un-edited headshots are delivered to you the same day and your retouched images will be delivered within one week after you submit your selection.

Other Clients - If you have booked photography for any project beyond the two types above, a standard turn around time is two weeks.

We pride ourselves on having a quick turn around time for events and headshots and have worked to make these services as efficient as possible. Therefore, rush orders on these services are not possible.

Other projects do have a rush order option. Should this be of interest please inquire about getting an editing fast pass.

Our Policy For Photo Distribution For Events

A private gallery link is delivered directly to the client, the client is then responsible for gallery distribution.

Any and all photo requests from anyone other than the client is denied. You will be redirected to contact the event host. The host contact details will not be given out.

The gallery link will be active 6 months after your session. Should the 6 months pass, there is no guarantee that your photos are still able to be accessed. The photos are backed up for 2 years on hard drives and cloud servers, however there is a possibility these get corrupt. After the 2 year time frame the photos will certainly no longer be accessible.

Absolutely. We donate our photo and video event services to charities and non-profits regularly. We do ask that there is an opportunity for us to promote what we do in return. That is as simple as adding our logo to the program, letting us offer an auction prize, or sending out the email link with our brand to your guests.

Yes! We are always willing to come to you for any project you may need us for even if that takes us across state lines or country boarders.

Same day delivery of an event highlight recap video will be ready on site by the time specified by you.

More intensive video editing projects do have more variation in turnaround time as well as the time to review and request changes to the edits will b taken into account based on the project.

Please use the heart feature to add your favorites to a favorites folder, then click on the favorites in the upper right corner, on the favorites page click notify photographer and it will send me an alert. I will then take those favorites that you select and retouch them. Once submitted it will take 2-4 days to get the full skin retouch back to you.
